At your Team Rep meeting, the following was discussed:

• Feedback surrounding the Gala Day, Church service and Best & Fairest Points was overwhelmingly positive, with some constructive points made.
• Unregistered players are NOT to be written onto match cards. Two teams are facing sanctions for this.
• Please keep our facilities clean and tidy - remember to take care of rubbish.
• The carpark at Glenbrook Oval is soon going to have some onsite demountables for roadworks starting in the near future. This will limit our parking facilities. Please consider car-pooling to Glenbrook, park in either of the carparks available. If you need to park on streets, please be considerate of the residents.
• Players paying by instalments, your next payment is now due.
• Please remember to sign-on properly on the match card as it is a record should you require insurance.
