PLEASE NOTE: due to the condition of fields and availability of referees the Management Committee have rearranged this week's games. The two Round 12 matches will be played Sat 29th June and Round 11 will be next Saturday 6th July. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We simply had no other alternative other than to cancel the round altogether. Please remember the Team Rep meeting this Wednesday also.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Details
on 02 June 2019
Hits: 598

The law in NSW states that smoking is NOT permitted at any sporting venue. Teams who continually break this rule will face consequences as we face losing our grounds. In the Blue Mountains Council (ie Glenbrook Oval), there is no smoking in the carpark either.

The Golden Rule

Details
on 02 June 2019
Hits: 565

Remember to 'do unto to others as you would have them do unto you?' Great! Can you please remember this when setting up equipment and packing away. Too many of our teams are leaving it for the other team to do all the work. Remember that many hands make light work. We all have committments and things to do after the game - it's everyone's responsibility to pack up the nets, tool box (and contents), match balls and flags AND to ensure that the equipment is returned to the stroage place, safely stored and locked away. This is a serious responsibility. And the match card should not be left for the referee to deal with. All rubbish also needs to be cleared away (may mean you have to take it home).
